Can I send an order as a gift to someone else?
Absolutely! Scrapblogs make a fantastic personalized gift. During checkout, you can choose to ship your order to a different address than the billing address.

How can I get a refund or reprint?
Everyone at Scrapblog wants you to love your creations. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of purchase so that we can reprint your order right away or issue you a refund.
There are some cases which are out of our control, and therefore Scrapblog is not responsible for:
- Spelling errors or mistyped text entered on a page or on the cover of a keepsake book. Please proof-read your scrapblogs carefully to make sure you have dotted all your i's and crossed all your t's.
- Use of low quality photographs (e.g. mobile phone camera photos or photos imported from Facebook). It is possible that these low-resolution images will not look very good in your printed products, especially if you enlarge them on the page. It is best to upload the original photos to Scrapblog to ensure the highest quality print output.
- Minor color differences. Colors may vary across different computer screens. Some computer screens have a yellow tint, some have a blue tint, and some put emphasis on certain colors more than others. Our printing systems are calibrated on a regular basis to produce the must accurate colors possible. However, your print order may look slightly different than the colors that are displayed on your screen.
If you are not happy with your order for any reason, including even the reasons above, please contact us. We will work with you to make things right. We may ask you to return your order to us before issuing a refund or reprint. You can reach us at printing [at] scrapblog.com.
Help! Things aren't working
I can't see any scrapblogs on the site.
If scrapblog slideshows are not displaying, you probably need to update to the latest version of the Adobe Flash player. Most browsers now come with Flash installed, but you can also download it here.
The Scrapblog Builder will not open.
Sounds like a pop-up blocking issue! Make sure your browser's pop-up blocker is turned off while using Scrapblog. It is also possible that you need to update to the latest Flash player.
I can only see a portion of the Scrapblog Builder.
Many web browsers have a "Full Screen" mode giving webpages more room to breathe
and expand. The Builder can benefit from "Full Screen" mode. On most Windows PC's
pressing the F11 key on your keyboard will toggle between regular and "Full Screen"
mode.
Regarding seeing the whole workspace, sometimes it helps to view your browser in
"full screen" mode. Usually you can toggle to full screen mode by pressing the F11
key on your keyboard.
You may also try temporarily disabling the "status bar" at the bottom of your browser.
The way to do this would be click on "View" and then "Status Bar" on your browser's
menu.
Another way to see more would be to adjust your screen resolution size in your computer.
If you are using a PC, you may find the display settings in the Windows Start menu,
under Display Settings -> Advanced. You may also right click on your desktop to
get to the display settings menu.
1. Open Display in Control Panel (click Start, click Control Panel, click Appearance
and Themes, and then click Display)
2. On the Settings tab, under Screen resolution, drag the slider, and then click
Apply.
3. When prompted to apply the settings, click OK. Your screen will turn black for
a moment.
4. Once your screen resolution changes, you have 15 seconds to confirm the change.
Click Yes to confirm the change; click No or do nothing to revert to your previous
setting.
Scrapblog is slow!
The Scrapblog builder is optimized for a high-speed internet connection, such as DSL or cable. If you are connecting to Scrapblog via a dial-up connection, you will most likely experience slowness when creating a scrapblog.
Publishing my scrapblog is taking a very long time.
The best solution for this issue is to close your browser, reopen it and try publishing your scrapblog again. If this does not help, please contact us or ask for help in our forum.
Your newsletter keeps getting put into my spam folder, or I don't receive it at all! What can I do?
You can keep the newsletter from getting zapped by overaggressive spam filters by adding "do-not-reply@mail2.scrapblog.com" to your address book or contact list.
Orkut

To embed a completely new scrapblog into your Facebook profile, click on the button
that says 'Create New Scrapblog.' Once you are finished with your creation, click
on 'Share' at the top of the screen and then “Share Elsewhere” and then on the Orkut
link. Click on copy and then paste this into any scrap area in Orkut.
How do I add a scrapblog page to my photo album?
You may download your scrapblog pages to your own hard drive as images. After you
publish your scrapblog, click on “File” and then on “Export as JPEG” and follow
the instructions for saving your pages to your computer. Then, go to your photoalbum
in Orkut and upload these saved scrapblog pages.
Facebook
How do I post or change the scrapblog on my Facebook profile?
To embed a completely new scrapblog into your Facebook profile, click on the button
that says 'Create New Scrapblog.' Once you are finished with your creation, click
on 'Share' at the top of the screen and then “Share Elsewhere” and then on the Facebook
link.
If you'd like to embed one of your existing Scrapblogs instead, click on the link
that says 'or view all of my Scrapblogs.' Once you see all of your scrapblogs, choose
the one you'd like to post to your Facebook profile. Above the thumbnail, click
on 'Edit.' Once it is open in the Scrapblog Builder, click 'Share' in the top menu,
and then “Share Elsewhere” and then on the Facebook link.
Can I use other people's photos in which I'm tagged in a Scrapblog?
No. One of the limitations of Facebook is that we can only use photos that you uploaded
to your Facebook account. However, you can always upload them to Scrapblog yourself after saving them to your hard-drive from Facebook.
I posted my scrapblog as a photo album, why can't I see it in Facebook?
When you post a photo album to Facebook from an outside website, like Scrapblog,
you must approve the photos before they show up alongside the rest of your photos.
The process of approving your photos is easy. When you visit Facebook you will notice
a box on the right hand side of their home page titled "Requests" and a link "1
pending album". Clicking this link will bring you to a page where you must select
and approve the photos you added - that's it!
How do I edit the current scrapblog on my Facebook profile?
Once you are on logged-in and on the main page, you should see your latest scrapblog
in the big pink box. Click on the Edit link, located below the thumbnail, to edit
this scrapblog. If you would like to edit another of your scrapblogs, simply click
on the link that says 'or view all my Scrapblogs.' On this page, the 'Edit' link
is located above the thumbnail. To see the changes within your Facebook profile,
you need to post the scrapblog to Facebook again. To do this, while in the builder,
click on the 'Share' link at the top of the page and then on “Share Elsewhere” and
then on the Facebook link.
How do I delete the Scrapblog I posted to my Facebook profile, but keep Scrapblog
installed?
When you login to your Scrapblog account you will be presented with a list of your
scrapblogs. Simply clicking on the "Delete" link will permanently delete your scrapblog.
Careful! This can't be undone. Deleting the scrapblog that was posted to Facebook
will remove it from your Facebook profile.
My Privacy
How do I adjust my scrapblog's privacy settings?
When you publish a scrapblog, you have the choice to either make it public or private. If you decide to make it private, you control who has access to it. You can also change a scrapblog's privacy settings even after publishing. Just open your scrapblog in the Builder and click on SETTINGS.
Will you give my email address away?
Never! We hate spam just as much as you do. We will never give your email address
to third-parties for commercial purposes or to spammers.
