Heartwarming, really.
Its very happy
Hi, little_m,Thanks for dropping by to say 'hello' a few hours back-and for 'loving' my Early Autumn scrapblog. Do you hear more often from Kyle now that he is on 'home ground'? Afghanistan is very much in the thoughts of the British people today as we learn that Prince Harry has been out there on the front line for the last ten weeks!
Karen - I'm sure you are happy that you know where Kyle is on a daily basis, at least for now. Hope you are having a wonderful week!XXOORebecca
I am teaching fourth graders. The majority are considered "gifted." I am the only "TAG" teacher in the fourth grade and last year #1 was in my class because there were no other certified teachers for the gifted. It made for a very interesting year. She is just a few months away from becoming a 6th grader. This is going to be interesting since she will no longer be able to be on my campus. I will have to trust her new school to take good care of her. (In addition to being gifted, she has Asperger's Syndrome which makes her very smart, but also a little eccentric. She has a hard time making friends and keeping them. Adults think she is great to talk to, but kids don't get where she is coming from most of the time. I don't know what I will do now that I won't be there to intervene.Did you ever find out if you will get to see Kyle when he "graduates?"
Im so glad that he made it home okay! You have such a lovely family! I also wanted to tell you about this website that sends cards over to the soldiers. It'ssomething cool that Xerox is doing. If you go to this web site, www.LetsSayThanks.com you can pick out a thank you card and Xerox will print it and it will be sent to a soldier that is currently serving in Iraq. You can't pick out who gets it, but it will go to some member of the armed services. It is FREE and it only takes a second.I try to do it several times a week. Its free so why not?! Anyways, I just thought you would like to know about it!Your family is in my prayers!~Crystal
I thought it was about time for a redesign, so here it is!K.
