It's lovely to hear from you -it seems ages since you left for St. Augustine! I'm sure the wedding was absolutely gorgeous and I look forward to seeing some photos when you have time (and if you are planning to make them into a scrapblog!) You probably need a good rest now!
Thanks for stopping by and leaving the nice comment.Thats is neat that your daughter got married on Halloween day and it went well. The photos were gorgeous, I saw some on Karen's Facebook.Hugs,Jess
Hello Susie! It was kind of you to find time to leave such detailed comments on my 'ASPECTS OF AUTUMN' after the hectic time you have just had! Yes -the pillars are part of a bridge over some lakes in 'Sheffield Park' in Sussex. It seems the wedding went very well (I've seen a few pictures, too!) Iceland sounds an exciting destination for the honeymoon. I expect you are enjoying these few days off work now!
Loved this SB Susie. Thank you for showing us around. Great mobile pics.So happy for the newly married couple.Love Maureen
Thanks for coming by!!! I'm sorry I've dropped off the face of the earth for a bit!! Nothing wrong....just getting caught up on lots of things since returning to town from daughter's wedding!
You must be so busy with another wedding just four months away! Yes,you are right, I've seen some of the wedding photos on little_m's flickr pages. All gorgeous, of course. I loved the unusual colour and 'topping' of the wedding cake.As I write, my husband is on his knees (!)into the next phase of the 'Project'. The oak is down in the hall and now he is into the sitting room. We have also lit the new fire -it's been spitting everywhere. Thanks for visiting! I'll post more pictures soon. The Halloween fireplace page was light relief from the more mundane and I couldn't resist with so many ghostly albums out there from other people.Enjoy the weekend!
Wow how beautiful. the wedding is going to be wonderful. I love the way you showed off the scenary. I cannot wait to see the wedding pictures.Lisa
Hello SusieK! Thanks for taking a look at my design for 'HOLIDAYS09' -rather rushed off last night, I'm afraid, as the deadline approaches! We had that incredible frost earlier in the year -in January, in fact -maybe we will not have one like it again -it was magical! Everyone was out with cameras that day.Of course -not only have you Christmas to arrange before another wedding but Thanksgiving, as well! Life will continue to be hectic for your family! Enjoy!
.......and thanks for faithfully following the 'PROJECT'.My husband is about halfway across the sitting room floor with the oak now. Of course, as always, some pieces fit better than others and we have a conundrum with fitting in paler and darker shades of the wood to look as natural as possible. At every move furniture has to be shifted and then put back! Have a good day!
Hi Susie, glad you stopped by!miss you too!Hugs,Jess
Thanks for stopping by my page Susie.I know how busy you must be with so much going on in your life....and its all good too!.....except for the news about Karen. :(Looking forward to seeing your scrapblog about that beautiful wedding.Big hugs alwaysPeg
Hello there! Just calling in -no need to answer. I hope you are having a good (and more relaxed) week.We have had a frustrating day with about six power cuts! We just about set the time clocks etc. in time for the power to go off yet again! Of course, when I finally found and lit all the candles this evening, the power came back......!!!
